Komuravelli Mallikarjuna Swamy Temple popularly known as Komrelly Mallanna Temple or Komuravelli Mallanna Temple  is a Hindu temple located on a hill in the village of Komuravelli, Warangal District, Telangana State. This place is near to Siddipet on Rajiv Rahadari (SH-1). The main deity is Komrelly Mallanna who is an incarnation of Lord Shiva. The deity is also called Khandoba by the Maharashtrian people. The temple is located about 85 to 90 kilometers from Hyderabad.

Komrelly Mallanna with his companions Golla Kethamma, Medalamma(goddess Parvati) and Ganga are at the main temple. Oggu Katha’s singers sing Mallanna’s story here. The devotees pray at Mallanna with the help of Oggu Pujaris who draws a rangoli called Patnam (a form of offering to the Lord) in front of Lord Mallanna inside the temple and also on the temple veranda.

A large number of worshipers visit the Mallanna temple during Maha Shivaratri, during the celebration of Pedda Patnam, and at the Agni Gundaalu, celebrated on the Sunday before Ugadi. The holiday season, called Jatara, begins in Sankranti and lasts until Ugadi. A large number of worshipers offer prayers to the deity every Sunday, which is between Sankranti and Ugadi.

Komrelly Mallanna Temple Architecture

This temple is dedicated to Lord Mallikarjuna Swami, a fierce deity alongside goddess Kethamma Talli and Medalamma Talli on both sides of the main deity. The temple is located in a cave on a small hill and it is 110 km from Warangal. The lakhs of the pilgrims gather on the eve of Sankranthi at the beginning of Brahmotsavam. It is thought that the Lord Sri Mallikarjuna Swami clay deity was made 500 years ago. The temple is renovated and the mandapams and choultries, etc., are built by the Department of Endowments. The “Pedda Patnam” celebrated on the day of Maha Sivaratri attracts lakh pilgrims. Generally, devotees also call it “Komuravelli Mallanna , Komerelly Mallanna“, this temple is one of the famous temples of the Telangana region.

Mallikarjuna Swami Devasthanam is located in the village of Komuravelli and is easily accessible by road through the Karimnagar-Hyderabad Highway to Cherial Mandal. It is located about 85 km from Hyderabad and 110 km from Warangal on a hill. Andhra Pradesh State Transportation Corporation (APSRTC)  and Telangana State Transport Corporation (TSRTC)  provide regular bus services to the temple.
